Refund policy

14-Day Returns (Change of Mind) — LVL District

LVL District offers a 14-day return window for change-of-mind returns. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

Change-of-mind return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless LVL District states otherwise).

This change-of-mind policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer laws (including the Australian Consumer Law).

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email lvldistrict@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’re returning

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (required for damage/fault claims)

If your return is approved, LVL District will provide return instructions (and where applicable, a return label). Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless LVL District states otherwise. If LVL District provides a return label for change-of-mind returns, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Faulty / damaged / wrong item: LVL District will cover return shipping costs (or reimburse reasonable return costs) where required.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact lvldistrict@outlook.com as soon as possible if the item is:

  • Defective or faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item/size/colour sent)

LVL District will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at purchase)

  • Custom/personalised items

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or not in original condition

  • Items returned without tags/original packaging

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described under applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges

LVL District does not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return your item (once approved), and

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, LVL District will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund

Australian Consumer Law (Important Notice)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

European Union (EU) — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact lvldistrict@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying LVL District, you must send the goods back within 14 days. Unless LVL District agrees otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

If the withdrawal is valid, LVL District will refund payments received (including standard delivery costs, where applicable), and may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or you provide evidence of sending them back.
